An attorney graduated from the prestigious Mexican law school, Escuela Libre de Derecho, Ms. Peña Ayala has over 15 years of experience in contracts, national and international litigation and arbitration in civil aviation, insurance, reinsurance, civil matters, commercial matters, intellectual property and taxes.

Holding a law degree from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán (FES Acatlán, UNAM) with honors. Ms. Nava Naranjo has over 32 years of experience as an independent litigator in labor, civil, family, trade and lease law. She is a litigating attorney recognized as an expert in Labor, Civil, Family and Commercial Law. In addition to her academic awards, she earned a Master’s of Science in Education degree with honors from the Universidad del Valle de México and a Doctorate of Science Education degree from the Colegio de Posgrado de la Ciudad de Mexico. She is part of the Autonomous Associations of Academic Personnel Group of UNAM (AAPAUNAM) and has 29 years of academic experience at FES Acatlán in the areas of Labor Law, Civil Litigation and Research.
Arturo Moreno Villanueva
A graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho law school with honors, Mr. Villanueva has over 13 years of experience as a specialist in Criminal Procedural Law, Criminal Adversarial System and Oral Certified by the Escuela Libre de Derecho, in addition to holding a Diploma on the New Constitutional Framework on Human Rights and Protection. He has spent his career at Banco de México; Zinser, Esponda and Gomez-Mónt Abogados, S.C ., Richter & Asociados Abogados Ramirez, S.C ., Mendieta Alatorre Despacho de Abogados, S.C. and as a founding partner of the firm, Moreno & Azuara, S.C., making him an expert litigator in the area of criminal law, both in mixed criminal proceedings (valid before the reform published on June 18, 2008) and in adversarial and oral criminal proceedings, which has been incorporated into our criminal justice system as well as in terms of Amparo.
